Sheridan is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery (We’ll Train You!) to operate high-speed bindery equipment in a daytime 7a–7p shift. This full-time role emphasizes hands-on production, quality control, and teamwork on a fast-paced floor.

No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you. The position offers stable, full-time work with overtime opportunities and a path to advance in print manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or related experience.
• Ability to read and follow work orders.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Reliable team player with safety awareness.
• Willingness to learn and train on bindery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Move materials safely to and from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work with team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
