Job summary

AlphaGraphics Idaho Falls seeks a Department Team Lead for the Bindery area. This entry‑level leadership role will supervise up to 10 employees, assign tasks, monitor safety and quality, and help implement production schedules.

You will train staff, coordinate with other departments, and drive improvements to meet customer deadlines. We value teamwork, accuracy, and initiative in a fast-paced print production environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead small teams in a production setting.
• Experience in a manufacturing/printing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist a manager in leading workers, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Assign tasks, monitor quality, and ensure timely completion.
• Train and develop employees, provide feedback and support.
• Help implement production schedules and workflows for on-time delivery.
• Track KPIs and report production activity to management.
