Job summary

Lakeside Book Company in Crawfordsville, IN is seeking a Bindery Operator 1. The role starts at $22.00–$24.00 per hour and runs 1st shift from 7:00am to 3:00pm, with 8–10 hour shifts at the South Plant location.

The position offers training, safety reimbursements and two weeks of vacation. Responsibilities include setting up and operating a single piece of machinery, monitoring quality and productivity, and assisting with crew guidance on a team-based production floor.

Work Hours:

1st Shift 7:00am - 3:00pm, 8-10 hour shifts

Location:

We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville, IN: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This position is for the South Plant

As an Bindery Machine Operator 1, you will:

• Set up, Adjust & Operate a single piece of Machinery


• Participate in training to prepare to promote into a Lead operator position
