No bindery experience is required; if you're dependable and willing to learn, we will train you. This role offers steady hours on the day shift and opportunities to grow with a family-owned printer with nearly 90 years of history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic math and ability to measure using tools is expected.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Stamina to stand up to 12 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow Bindery Department policies and job tickets to ensure quality.
• Take directions from operators and leads to perform tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues to prevent downtime.
• Meet or beat production and efficiency goals.
• Conduct routine quality checks and document results.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines.
