Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in a bindery role.
• At least 1 year as a Bindery Operator II, or previous Bindery Operator I or equivalent experience.

Are you an experienced bindery operator ready to lead a crew? Walsworth started in 1937 as a family-owned printer in Marceline, Missouri. Today we’re one of the top three yearbook printers in the country and a leading magazine printer. We’re still family-owned, and our reputation depends on the skilled operators who turn printed pages into finished products.

We’re hiring a Bindery Operator I at our Fulton facility. You’ll set up, run, troubleshoot and maintain bindery equipment, including Case-In machines, Perfect Binders and Saddle Stitchers. You’ll also lead and coach your crew, train new operators and help improve how we work. If you know bindery equipment well and want to use your experience to lead, we want to talk to you.

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in a bindery role.
• At least 1 year as a Bindery Operator II, or previous Bindery Operator I or equivalent experience.
