Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for early career talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Binance MENAP social media accounts (X, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on content planning, publishing, and engagement.
• Create and implement social media content plans and monthly calendars.
• Localize global campaign content for the Arabic-speaking audience, including cultural adaptation and translation.
• Collaborate with design, content, product, marketing, and KOL teams for content creation.
• Assist in briefing for design and video production, including scripting and visual direction.
• Cover Binance MENA events through live stories, reels, and recaps.
• Coordinate with global teams to promote international campaigns locally.
• Schedule content using social media management tools.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on crypto trends and social media developments.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Arabic for effective communication.
• Basic understanding of the crypto market and Binance’s products.
• Experience in content creation, including video and design briefing, event content, influencer collaborations, and community strategies.
• Strong bilingual copywriting skills in Arabic and English.
• At least one internship in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Responsible, self-motivated, resilient under stress, and results-oriented.
• Remote work experience or startup background is advantageous.
