Responsibilities

1. Marketing:
2. Assist with creating, editing, and promoting engaging content and marketing strategies.
3. Participate in designing promotional materials.
4. Coordinate with different teams to ensure effective communication and distribution of marketing materials.
5. Conduct research on market trends and competitors to support product positioning.
6. Assist in UI design planning to ensure user-friendliness and appeal.
7. Coordinate with PR teams to align marketing materials with brand image and message.
8. Collaborate with product and design teams to clearly explain product features.

1. Product Operations:
2. Create and update user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and announcements for our products.
3. Participate in the setup and execution of the monthly payments process.
4. Assist in launching and managing new mining products.
5. Monitor and improve the performance of mining products.
6. Develop a deep understanding of the product to assist with customer inquiries regarding mining pools.

1. Operational Compliance:
2. Ensure all product operations comply with legal regulations and business ethics.
3. Participate in audits and compliance programs to ensure legal and regulatory adherence.

Requirements
