Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end project lifecycle management, including project planning, task breakdown, and progress tracking
• Facilitate cross-department communication, consolidate and synchronize complex project information to ensure clarity of team objectives and efficient collaboration
• Responsible for project documentation, including drafting, archiving, and version control, while maintaining technical documents and meeting records
• Support the optimization of software development processes, including requirements analysis, testing, and deployment
• Regularly summarize project progress, report potential risks to the team, and provide improvement suggestions
  
  

Requirements

• Familiar with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project) and proficient in Office/Google Suite applications
• Basic understanding of software engineering principles; familiarity with Agile development (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus
• Strong logical thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to break down complex tasks into executable components
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and keen attention to detail
• Proactive and collaborative, with strong conflict resolution and cross-team coordination abilities
