Who May Apply

Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities:

• Harness the trends on the internet and capitalize on them to increase impressions and engagement
• Work closely cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product and other teams
• Design, execute and help with large social campaigns
• Work with the wider global social team and external departments, including product and partnerships, to promote and build the brand of Binance
• Assist the team across platforms to think of creative ideas, both for general posts and campaigns
• Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve future performance

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Possess a keen aesthetic sense, with the ability to independently create memes, four-frame cartoons, and videos.
• Experience in the video, media, or entertainment industry working with agencies, creators, or digital media companies
• Deep expertise in the digital media landscape and capable of identifying internet trends and opportunities for content
• Exceptional creativity in content ideation
• Minimum commitment of 5-10 hours per week
