Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in virtual design coordination or BIM coordination; 3+ preferred
• Revit experience required, strong model management and project setup skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication across project teams and clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and delivery of documentation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM model setup configuration with the project manager
• Attend client and consultant meetings including BIM kickoff sessions
• Organize project folders, file sharing and archive processes
• Provide team support for Virtual Design software and escalation as needed
• Identify training needs for BIM standards and tools
• Review models and PDFs for compliance with standards
• Maintain models using established standards and best practices
• Run clash detection reports and coordinate BIM workflow
• Follow modeling and drawing production standards
• Coordinate models and workflow among design team members
