Qualifikationen

• Must have experience interpreting construction drawings and translating them into BIM/VDC models.
• Proven ability to manage multiple modeling tasks with accuracy and on schedule.
• Strong knowledge of BIM/VDC processes and coordination.
• Experience with clash detection and multidisciplinary model integration preferred.
• Experience supporting design development, coordination, and field implementation.

Aufgaben

• Develop, modify, and maintain detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and construction documentation utilizing BIM, CAD, and other applicable design software.
• Create and maintain accurate project models that incorporate design specifications, site conditions, construction requirements, and project objectives.
• Prepare and assist with the development of construction documents, site plans, shop drawings, and other technical deliverables.
• Develop and manage earthwork models for heavy equipment machine control, grading operations, and earthwork volume and quantity calculations.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure modeling accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate BIM/VDC activities throughout all phases of project development.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and other team members to incorporate technical requirements into project models and drawings.
• Perform clash detection, identify potential design conflicts, and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Support BIM/VDC coordination schedules, model updates, and project deliverables to ensure alignment with timelines.
• Work closely with construction and field operations teams to address design-related questions and resolve modeling discrepancies.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and communicate design concepts, modeling updates, and technical information to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
