Job summary

ESPO Corporation is seeking a BIM / VDC Modeler / Coordinator in Elk Grove Village, IL. The role is on-site and direct hire, focusing on overseeing BIM/VDC resources, model coordination, clash detection, and BEP development for commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.

The candidate will work with engineering, project management, and field teams, coordinate with general contractors, and drive standards across projects using ACC/BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, and SysQue.

Qualifications

• Requires a BIM/VDC background with MEP emphasis.
• Experience leading BIM coordination on large commercial projects.
• Knowledge of BEPs, templates, and content libraries.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC efforts across HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards and templates.
• Manage BEPs, workflows, and model coordination.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks Manage.
• Lead multi-trade coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Support preconstruction with conceptual modeling and design-assist deliverables.
