Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting seeks an experienced BIM Manager to lead the Plumbing and Piping BIM Coordination team in Cincinnati. The role focuses on turning preliminary designs into detailed, constructible coordination and installation drawings.

You will mentor BIM Coordinators and drive coordination across large mechanical projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience in mechanical construction, strong Revit capabilities, and a proven ability to translate BIM into field-ready

Qualifications

• 5+ years BIM/VDC in mechanical construction.
• Experience leading BIM coordination teams.
• Strong Revit and BIM processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Plumbing & Piping BIM Coordination team.
• Coordinate BIM from kickoff to completion.
• Develop detailed installation drawings for field use.
• Review drawings for clash-free coordination.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and establish standards.
• Coordinate with PMs, estimators, engineers, subcontractors.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Manage RFIs and design conflicts.
