Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking a BIM/VDC Engineer to drive BIM strategies, lead 3D model development, and coordinate workflows across project teams in Orlando, FL. This role supports pursuits, develops BIM execution plans, and ensures model integrity for coordination with designers, subcontractors, and clients.

The position emphasizes hands-on modeling, technology implementation, and collaboration across marketing, estimating, scheduling, and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in design, construction, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of design and construction processes and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM strategies for proposals and marketing materials.
• Lead the creation of 2D/3D proposal content demonstrating technology capabilities.
• Coordinate BIM execution plans and master models for projects.
