Job summary

TW Constructors in St. Louis, MO is seeking a VDC Engineer to join the project team and provide BIM coordination, model management, and quality assurance across mission-critical healthcare and specialized facilities.

The ideal candidate has a technical background in building systems, 1–2 years of BIM coordination experience, and proficiency with Revit and Navisworks. This full-time role reports to the VDC Manager and supports multiple regional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of BIM coordination experience
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and BIM standards
• Experience using Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

Responsibilities

• Lead project BIM coordination efforts
• Manage sub-contract trade partner BIM personnel
• Build and maintain federated 3D models
• Conduct clash detection tests and resolve constructability issues
• Enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure models meet standards
• Communicate BIM progress and standards with stakeholders
• Assist in establishing and improving internal BIM standards
• Author drawings and create 3D/4D visualizations as needed
• Review construction documents for adherence to specs
