Job summary

TW Constructors, a leading design/build contractor in St. Louis, seeks a VDC Manager to lead BIM coordination across healthcare and specialized facilities.

You will manage federated 3D models, enforce BIM standards, and guide subcontract BIM personnel while collaborating with project teams to ensure constructability and quality. You will report to the VDC Director and support multiple regional projects, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in construction management or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of BIM coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks; familiarity with Procore and ACC.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project BIM coordination efforts.
• Lead and manage subcontract trade BIM personnel.
• Build and maintain federated 3D models.
• Conduct clash detection tests and resolve constructability issues.
• Establish BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Perform quality control on models against project standards.
• Communicate BIM progress with project stakeholders.
• Assist VDC Director with BIM standards improvements.
• Review construction documents for adherence to specs.
• Support nationwide projects; travel may be required.
