B&I Contractors, Inc. is seeking a BIM Data Specialist to manage BIM data repositories, Revit families, and ITM files within the VDC team. You will ensure data integrity, develop standard templates, and support field operations with data-driven processes.

The role requires 5+ years of Revit/database experience, strong BIM software proficiency, and collaboration across VDC, IT, and project teams. Florida-based, on-site position with robust health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent Revit/database experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Revit and database parameters.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software including Revit and Trimble applications.
• Advanced understanding of Revit parameters, data deliverables, Python, and Autodesk Cloud.
• Familiarity with data management and ITM file organization.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update BIM data repositories, including ITM files and Revit families/files.
• Establish data management standards and audit master database for currency.
• Host quarterly meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress and gather feedback.
• Develop and maintain project setup templates for Revit projects across regions.
• Provide training on Revit setup, management, and best practices.
• Collaborate with VDC/IT to troubleshoot BIM data management systems.
• Review new BIM software releases for compatibility and rollout timing.
• Push data changes to field/operations teams and ensure synchronization.
