Job summary

KUNZ is seeking a BIM/VDC Coordinator to build and maintain digital workflows that connect engineering and product information with downstream design and construction teams. You will develop Revit content, support configurable product models, and coordinate model interfaces across global programs.

You'll work with engineering teams, vendors, A/E partners, VDC teams, and owner stakeholders while gaining exposure to the full digital delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of BIM, VDC, design technology, or model-based project delivery.
• Strong Revit skills including families, parameters, schedules, and model organization.
• Experience with ACC and Navisworks.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction documents.
• Interest in configurable building systems and large-scale project delivery.
• Clear communication, reliability, and strong model-quality judgment.
• Self-directed with ownership of work and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and QA/QC BIM/VDC deliverables across active programs.
• Build and maintain Revit families, interface models, and reusable content.
• Support MCAD-to-BIM workflows and configurable product modeling.
• Maintain ACC environments, model structures, and data delivery standards.
• Review models for interface definition and data quality.
• Coordinate across engineering teams, vendors, A/E partners, VDC teams, and owner stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Improve templates and repeatable digital workflows.
