Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in BIM/VDC, construction technology, or coordination roles.
• Experience working on commercial construction projects.
• Understanding of trade coordination and construction sequencing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update federated BIM models using input from designers and trade partners.
• Perform regular clash detection and coordination analysis according to project standards.
• Track, document, and follow up on coordination issues.
• Clean, organize, and validate incoming trade models.
• Support construction sequencing, phasing, and site logistics modeling.
