Job summary

Stantec is offering a BIM Technician Intern role in Los Angeles, CA. You will work with a BIM Lead on smaller projects and gain hands-on experience across design disciplines, documentation, and collaboration with project teams.

Stretching from model setup to drawing publication, you will develop Revit skills, contribute to documentation, and participate in training opportunities while supporting project goals in a dynamic office environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Revit and BIM concepts.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Revit family creation and maintenance.
• Design methods supporting architectural/engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Set up new BIM models and maintain project file structures.
• Prepare drawing documentation with project managers and design staff.
• Work in Revit on 3D projects, manage multiple models and views.
• Create data files per Stantec and client requirements.
• Assist staff with Revit issues and mentor others in Design Technology.
