HotFoot Recruiters is partnering with a growing engineering and semiconductor contractor to hire a BIM Team Lead supporting an onsite BIM team at the TSMC campus in North Phoenix, AZ.
This role will lead and support BIM Designers working inside the TSMC BIM room, with a strong focus on Revit MEP, piping coordination, model quality, drawing accuracy, and day-to-day team guidance.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM professional who already understands the TSMC BIM environment and is ready to step into a team leadership role.

Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of BIM experience at TSMC required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Revit MEP required.
- Experience supporting piping, mechanical, electrical, or multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, drawing standards, and clash resolution.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, training, or reviewing the work of BIM Designers preferred.
- Revit MEP training or certification strongly preferred.
- Candidates should have strong practical Revit experience; formal Revit MEP training/certification is a plus.
- Experience working inside a TSMC BIM room or directly supporting TSMC construction projects strongly preferred.
- AutoCAD and Navisworks experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Comfortable working onsite and coordinating with engineers, contractors, project managers, and other BIM disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of BIM Designers working on TSMC projects.
- Review and maintain Revit MEP models, with emphasis on piping and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Assign work and help manage daily BIM priorities and deliverables.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
- Support clash detection and coordinate solutions with other MEP, structural, and architectural teams.
- Incorporate engineer and project-manager markups into BIM models.
- Mentor junior BIM Designers and provide day-to-day technical guidance.
- Help train team members on Revit MEP workflows, standards, and project expectations.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate outstanding issues to project leadership.
- Maintain model organization, version control, and BIM documentation.
- Coordinate closely with TSMC and onsite project teams to keep design and construction activities moving.
- Support continuous improvement of BIM processes, quality, and team efficiency.
