Job summary

Thor, a hyperscale developer, seeks an experienced BIM leader for its DFW tenant fit-out program. You will own BIM strategy, model development, and standards across data halls to turn shells into live capacity.

You will lead clash detection with general contractors, coordinate across electrical, mechanical, structural, and base-build models, and manage technicians. Remote work is limited; the role is based in DFW, four days a week in the office.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in hyperscale data centers.
• Six+ years managing BIM for mission-critical projects.
• Advanced Revit and Navisworks; strong AutoCAD skills.

Responsibilities

• Own BIM strategy and model development for tenant fit-out.
• Lead clash detection and multidisciplinary integration sessions.
• Set BIM execution plans, templates, and LOD standards; manage technicians.
• Keep as-built models current during and after construction.
