Job summary

Grace Design Studios is a nationally recognized architecture and design firm with 25 offices across the country. The BIM Manager will lead firm-wide BIM standards, templates, and workflows across projects nationwide.

Oversee BEPs, project environments, and model management to ensure consistency and quality. You’ll manage Revit, ACC/BIM 360, AutoCAD and related tools, provide training, and collaborate with IT and project teams to advance digital design capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of BIM experience in AEC fields.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Experience with DOD and Healthcare studios preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit and BIM tools.
• Knowledge of ACC, BIM 360, AutoCAD.
• Ability to train staff and promote BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain firm-wide BIM standards and templates.
• Create BEPs and configure project environments.
• Manage BIM software and content libraries.
• Provide training and technical support to staff.
• Monitor models for compliance with BIM standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and IT for integrations.
• Evaluate new software and technologies to improve workflows.
• Document BIM procedures and user guides.
• Support ongoing enhancement of digital design workflows.
• Coordinate model management across projects.
