Job summary

Sturgeon Electric Company, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a BIM Specialist to support Estimating and Operations by creating accurate Revit models of electrical systems for project acquisition and construction.

You will collaborate with office and field teams to produce dimensioned drawings, coordinate with other trades, run clash detection with Navisworks, and generate as-built records at project completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Electrical design modeling experience preferred.
• Proficient with Revit workflows and family/worksets.

Responsibilities

• Create BIM models of electrical systems in Revit and AutoCAD MEP.
• Coordinate with project staff for shop drawings and takeoffs.
• Perform coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Provide dimensioned working drawings for field installation.
• Attend to project requirements and ensure attendance.
