Job summary

Corporate Resources of Illinois is seeking a full-time BIM Specialist to lead the development, coordination, and maintenance of BIM models for ductwork and piping using Revit and AutoCAD. You will coordinate design intent across internal teams and external partners to ensure fully integrated project execution.

Ideal candidates have strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in MEP environments, model coordination, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience building BIM models for duct and pipe systems in MEP environments.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to manage complex model coordination across stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, coordination, and maintenance of BIM models for ductwork and piping using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Serve as technical resource for BIM standards and model accuracy.
• Coordinate design intent with internal teams and external partners.
• Participate in project coordination meetings to review model progress.
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project schedules with timely delivery of models and docs.
• Occasional site visits to verify field conditions and as-built validation.
• Communicate model updates and deliverables clearly to teams and leadership.
