Job summary

Orchestra Life Sciences is seeking an experienced BIM/REVIT/Doc Control professional to produce consultant-grade Revit models and drawing sets for life science capital projects. You will manage document control workflows, versioning, and project documentation from planning through closeout, serving as the single source of truth for design records across architecture, engineering, and construction teams.

This non-entry level role requires hands-on Revit expertise in a consulting or design

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience producing consultant-grade Revit documentation in a design or consulting setting.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and familiarity with ACC and BIM Collaborate Pro.
• Experience coordinating work within multidisciplinary models and project teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit models and drawing sets across SD, DD, and CD.
• Coordinate Revit models between design disciplines and trade partners.
• Convert CAD base plans into usable Revit files for documentation.
• Incorporate markups and directions into consultant models/drawings.
• Coordinate scope within linked models and support clash/spatial coordination.
• Attend coordination meetings and communicate conflicts to PM/DE.
• Set task priorities with PM/DE and guide team on standards.
• Provide guidance on company Revit standards and best practices.
