Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Regional BIM Manager to support delivery for a full-service electrical contractor. The role will build and guide a regional BIM team of Lead BIM Modelers and help set modeling standards across projects.

You will mentor staff on BIM tools and processes, drive coordination, and ensure best practices in work sharing and data management. Strong Revit/Navisworks skills and coordination experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a 4+ person team.
• Experience with Navisworks or Revit for BIM modeling and coordination.
• Experience with Evolve Electrical, Stratus, and Bluebeam.
• Experience developing BIM standards and training programs for the team.

A full-service electrical contractor is seeking a Regional Manager to support BIM project delivery through support of a regional BIM team. This role will develop and manage Lead BIM Modelers. The ideal candidate has experience with Revit and/or Navisworks, understands BIM best practices, and can help drive modeling standards, manage work sharing environments, and mentor team members on BIM tools and processes.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience leading, managing, or mentoring a team of 4+ people
• Experience working for an electrical contractor or supporting electrical construction projectsExperience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection or Revit for BIM Modeling and construction documentation
• Experience with Evolve Electrical, Stratus, Bluebeam, and/or other project management and coordination tools
• Experience developing BIM standards, processes, and training programs for team membersExperience attending and/or leading trade coordination meetings with multiple stakeholders
