You will manage project documentation, coordinate communication among clients, project managers, and drafters, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget. • Process and track submittals, RFIs, and change orders.

• Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute action items.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical project documentation.
• Support QC reviews of drawings and coordination models.
• Facilitate communication among clients, PMs, and drafting teams.
