Job summary

Amazon's Data Services group in the United States seeks a Technical Program Manager III to own BIM-PLM integration, oversee CAD/BIM data extraction, and drive end-to-end product introduction from concept through PLM registration.

You will collaborate with Design Engineering, BIM Design Managers, and BOM leads to ensure data integrity and scalable governance across DC electrical and mechanical systems, including ECO/ECR management and cross‑functional handoffs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Deep knowledge of BOM management including BOM hierarchy, 150% BOM, and end-to-end lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• CAD/BIM Data Extraction & Model Governance for BOMs and PLM.
• Data Governance & Process Development; enforce data standards and SOPs.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through PLM registration and handoff.
• Design Intake & Impact Analysis across power, cooling, structural, and networking domains.
