Job summary

Sora Resource Group seeks an experienced BIM Modeler to support coordination and modeling for multifamily, mixed-use, and luxury residential projects with a concrete and structural focus. You will coordinate and maintain Revit models from third‑party architects/engineers, identify clashes, and embed approved solutions through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of BIM/Revit experience in AEC
• Strong Autodesk Revit knowledge
• Experience coordinating models from architects/engineers/contractors
• Ability to read architectural, structural, civil and MEP docs
• Identify discrepancies between BIM, drawings, specs and field
• Update models based on RFIs, revisions, coordination decisions
• Strong multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection
• Attention to detail and model accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects/models/priorities

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, organize and coordinate Revit models from third‑party teams
• Maintain coordinated project models through design and construction
• Incorporate revisions, RFIs, and field conditions into BIM models
• Perform multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection
• Identify conflicts between models, docs and field conditions
• Track clashes through final resolution with PMs and field teams
• Support field teams with model information and visualization
• Assist with model‑based quantity takeoffs and analyses
• Identify opportunities to improve BIM standards and workflows
