Job summary

Royal Electric seeks a Virtual Construction Modeler II in Dallas, TX to join the Virtual Construction Department. You will support project management and field leadership by developing and coordinating BIM models and drawings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in a BIM environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with field operations to reflect build strategy in models and drawings, identify prefab opportunities, coordinate to minimize errors.
• Work with VC Manager to understand modeling requirements and fabrication detail needs.
• Assign tasks to junior modelers, ensure deliverables are met and reviewed for accuracy.
• Maintain client and trade partner relationships to enable BIM coordination meetings and resolve conflicts.
• Post updates to client file shares or cloud hubs; review 2D/3D work for accuracy.
