Job summary

Integra is seeking a BIM Modeler I in Dallas to develop 3D MEP Revit models and coordinate with design teams across disciplines. You will create Revit families, maintain drawings, and produce deliverables that support accurate, efficient project execution.

This role emphasizes QA/QC processes, coordination in meetings, and alignment with company standards. A strong background in Revit/AutoCAD and related drafting tools is essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline preferred; associate degree in Computerized Drafting or related discipline accepted with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience using Revit and AutoCAD to produce design models; 5+ years of relevant experience preferred when paired with an associate degree.
  • Advanced working knowledge of current modeling applications, including Revit family creation, sheets, schedules, and related Revit functions.
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling and coordination tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

  • Execute quality assurance and quality control processes to support accuracy of work completed by team members.

The Opportunity

The BIM Modeler I supports the Data Center design team by developing high-quality BIM models and related deliverables using Revit and other BIM applications. This role helps improve the efficiency of the BIM lifecycle by coordinating models with other design trades to support project alignment, accuracy, and effective design execution.

What you will do?
