Job summary

Clair Global is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit, incorporating architectural, structural, and A/V components. You will collaborate with engineers, drafters, architects and clients to coordinate BIM drawings and ensure project accuracy.

The role requires proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, experience with Navisworks/Revizto, and strong communication skills to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality models.

Qualifications

• BS in Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Audiovisual or related field preferred.
• Experience with A/V systems, Mechanical, Structural or Construction field preferred.
• Proficiency using Revit and AutoCAD required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills internally & with clients.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Engineering Services.
• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models and families using BIM software per company standards.
• Set up Revit models, work-sharing, and publish settings.
• Create 2D/3D views, elevations, sections, and details in BIM models.
• Annotate and dimension drawings per company standards and export A/V equipment schedules.
• Create 3D views, renders, and project drawing packages.
• Coordinate BIM modeling to ensure project accuracy across disciplines.
• Update models to reflect design changes and construction progress.
• Resolve clashes between trades using Navisworks or Revizto.
