Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is required.
• Architect must be Licensed and eligible to obtain licensure where employed.
• Proficiency with Revit/BIM processes is required.
• Four years of related experience is expected.
• Ability to travel between office and client sites is required.
• Knowledge of land use regulations and building codes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of team members and develop technical competence.
• Lead client presentations and coordinate with consultants.
• Prepare design documents across schematic to construction phases.
• Ensure quality and compliance of drawings and specifications.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee code compliance during construction.
