Position Overview

An architectural design firm specializing in industrial project types is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and support the firm’s Building Information Modeling standards, workflows, and technology initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across complex industrial projects, including manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, and logistics facilities.

The BIM Manager will work closely with project teams, firm leadership, consultants, and clients to implement BIM best practices while supporting project delivery from early design through construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain firmwide BIM standards, templates, and workflows
  • Oversee BIM execution across multiple industrial projects and project teams
  • Support project teams with model setup, coordination, clash detection, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure consistency and quality control of Revit models throughout all project phases
  • Coordinate BIM requirements with consultants, contractors, and client teams
  • Lead BIM-related onboarding, training, and ongoing technical support for staff
  • Evaluate and implement new tools, plugins, and digital workflows to improve efficiency
  • Assist with BIM execution plans (BEPs) and client-specific gezogen BSD3
  • Support data management, model so a shooting building.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working in BIM within an architectural environment
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (required)
  • Experience supporting or managing BIM on industrial project types (manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, logistics preferred)
  • SolidSegue.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary consultant teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
    exercised.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dynamo, or similar tools
  • Understanding of industrial building systems and coordination challenges
  • Experience developing training materials or mentoring staff
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
