Job summary

Prime Data Centers in the United States is seeking a Manager of BIM to own model development for tenant fit-out projects, including white space layouts, rack elevations, and cable tray routing. You will lead clash detection and coordinate across Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, and Base Build models, while mentoring BIM technicians and setting modeling standards.

You will collaborate with Technical Engineering and Pre-Construction to flag design conflicts early and maintain the BIM execution

Responsibilities

• Own BIM strategy and model development for tenant fit-out projects, including white space layouts, rack elevations, and cable tray/pathway routing
• Coordinate multidisciplinary model integration across Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, and Base Build models
• Manage and mentor a team of BIM technicians/modelers; establish modeling standards, templates, and level-of-development (LOD) requirements for TFO
• Lead clash detection and coordination sessions with general contractors and trade partners
• Support field teams with as-built model updates during and after construction
• Maintain the TFO BIM execution plan and standards library
• Partner with Technical Engineering and Pre-Construction to flag design conflicts early
