Job summary

Olsson is seeking a BIM Manager for its Data Centers Facilities Engineering & Design Team. You will maintain Revit and CAD files and serve as the site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance.

You will coordinate the delivery of all handover content, provide EDMS document control, QA/QC checks, and support project closeout to meet client standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in BIM management, document control, and project coordination.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented mindset focused on delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate handover content for data center projects.
• Maintain Revit and CAD models; review and manage BIM content.
• Serve as site representative for EDMS and ensure document QA/QC.
