Job summary

Olsson in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our team and support data center projects. You will collaborate with our BIM group to maintain Revit and CAD files and serve as the site-level contact for content review, approval, and maintenance.

You will lead closeout efforts, perform model health checks, incorporate retrofit projects into existing models, and support the CAD/BIM team through milestones while delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and other relevant BIM software.
• Proven experience in BIM management and drafting.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize within a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and maintain CAD/BIM content for data center projects.
• Serve as site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, management and maintenance.
• Lead closeout efforts and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Perform model health checks and incorporate retrofit projects into existing models.
• Provide general model maintenance/drafting support to the CAD/BIM team during milestones.
