Job summary

TechniPower, Inc. in Chattanooga, TN, seeks a BIM Manager to lead CAD/Revit project setup, manage cloud-based models, and develop templates and families for MEP & Fire Protection projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering/Design.
• 5 years of experience supporting CAD and Revit projects in architectural or engineering settings.
• Highly proficient with Revit.
• Ability to set up projects in Revit, manage cloud-based models, create templates and families.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks.

Job description

I have a client located in the Chattanooga, TN area that has an opportunity for a BIM Manager.

In this role, you will be working as a BIM Manager for a client that works in the MEP & Fire Protection industry. This position will be responsible for managing CAD/Revit project setup, managing cloud-based models, updating models/backgrounds, creating templates, creating families, managing standards and procedures related to CAD/Revit production, modeling/drafting of MEP & FP systems and being a technical resource to engineers and designers.

This position is a CONTRACT TO POSSIBLE PERM role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Engineering/Design
• 5 years experience supporting CAD and Revit projects in an architectural and/or engineering capacity
• MUST be very proficient with Revit
• Must have the ability to setup projects in Revit, manage cloud-based models, creating templates, etc
• Knowledge of BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks
