Corbin Consulting Engineers in Hillsboro, Oregon seeks an experienced BIM Coordinator/Modeler to own the BIM on multidisciplinary projects, leading model setup and coordination from kickoff through construction documents.

You will model all disciplines in Revit, run Navisworks clash detection, develop BEPs, and guide coordination meetings with engineers and partners, delivering coordinated construction documents.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting & Design/Engineering Tech or BIM-related field.
• 7+ years of professional Revit modeling experience, including BIM coordination roles.
• Expert Revit and Navisworks Manage proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Project BIM Lead on assigned projects, owning the project model from kickoff through construction documents.
• Set up project models at kickoff with work sharing, linked models, and shared coordinates.
• Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and apply company modeling standards (LOD, naming, organization).
• Manage model health with audits, warnings, and file maintenance; coordinate model exchanges with clients and partners.
• Lead interdisciplinary coordination meetings and drive clash resolution to closure.
• Set up projects in ACC/Forma, manage cloud worksharing and model publishing.
• Plan BIM tasks with PMs and engineers to meet schedules; provide technical guidance to other modelers.
• Model all disciplines in Revit (process, MEP, structural) and produce coordinated docs.
