Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in modeling, design, drafting or engineering.
• Deep knowledge of BIM practices and software (Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage BIM projects for SIC across design, construction and handover.
• Serve as BIM workflow gatekeeper and focal point for BIM issues.
• Coordinate 3D models, cost estimating data, and specifications.
• Develop and export data from models for estimating and layouts.
• Provide quality control for shop drawings and models.
