Job summary

SWA Group is seeking an architect or landscape architect with solid BIM / Revit experience to lead and coordinate BIM delivery on high-profile projects in the U.S. You will work under the Firmwide BIM Manager, establishing workflows and standards and guiding internal design teams.

Responsibilities include leading the BIM team, developing project workflows in line with the BIM Execution Plan, managing on-time package delivery for SD, DD & CD, and mentoring staff in BIM/CAD practices.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience as BIM Coordinator or BIM Project Lead in high-profile design firms.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Autodesk Forma, Navisworks, gained from working on live projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, C3D, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, and related BIM tools for landscape architecture.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650, BIMForum LOD Spec 2025, and other applicable standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading the BIM team delivery of large, high-profile projects.
• Executing project BIM tasks as required by the Project Manager and BIM leadership team.
• Overseeing and managing project design teams for BIM implementation.
• Developing project-specific workflows in compliance with the BIM Execution Plan and company standards.
• Managing and delivering packages on time for SD, DD & CD.
• Establish standards, practices and guidelines for Landscape Architecture in Revit.
• Daily model management, administration and maintenance.
• Over shoulder training, developing and shadowing to staff.
• Content creation of fully parametric families based on SWA's/shared parameters.
