Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking an architecture/design professional in Bellevue, WA to perform facility programming, site master planning, and BIM-driven documentation.

The role requires proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office, with knowledge of LOD 300, and involves client interactions and multi-project management. Responsibilities include development of construction documents, coordination of design aspects, field observations, submittal reviews, and occasional travel to HDR offices or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, industrial design or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and knowledge of SketchUp.
• Command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Working knowledge of LOD 300 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facility programming, report writing, site master planning, developing specifications and construction documents
• Selection, coordination and layout of various aspects of design (vehicle maintenance equipment, site flow, etc.)
• Using Building Information Modeling (BIM) to complete different levels of documents
• Submittal, shop drawing, and RFI review
• Conduct construction field observations
• Some travel to client sites or other HDR offices is required
• Other design / engineering tasks as assigned
