Qualifications

• Associate degree in drafting, engineering technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in structural drafting/modeling using Revit.
• Strong understanding of building systems and construction practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using AutoCAD is also desired.
• Familiarity with Navisworks and Bluebeam (preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed drawings, sketches, sections, and details in Revit.
• Collaborate with structural engineers and coordinate with architectural and MEPFP systems.
• Ensure compliance with company drafting standards and project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and clients.
• Participate in interdisciplinary coordination and review of shop drawings.
