Job summary

Muñoz Engineering and Land Surveying, DPC is seeking a Senior BIM & Digital Delivery Lead to drive BIM and digital workflows across complex projects. You will oversee BIM processes, templates, and standards, ensuring high-quality, compliant designs and efficient delivery.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a passion for technology in AEC. With 7–12 years in AEC/BIM and 5+ years of Revit production, you will mentor teams, coordinate multidisciplinary work, and manage model

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of relevant AEC, BIM, digital-delivery, or reality-capture experience.
• At least 5 years of substantial Revit production experience.
• Demonstrated responsibility for standards, project setup, model reviews, or BIM coordination.
• At least 2 years of training, mentoring, or technical leadership.
• Experience on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with scan-derived or existing-condition modeling.
• Portfolio showing actual deliverables, coordination, standards, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM strategy and execution across complex construction projects.
• Develop and administer BIM standards, templates, libraries, and project startup procedures.
• Oversee scan-to-BIM workflows and integration of point-cloud data.
• Manage Revit work-sharing, linked models, shared coordinates, and model performance.
• Utilize Navisworks for clash tests, coordination reports, and issue closeout.
• Train and mentor Revit/BIM users across teams.
• Estimate BIM scope, labor, schedule, and technical risk.
