Job summary

Muñoz Engineering and Land Surveying, DPC is seeking a Senior BIM & Digital Delivery Lead to drive innovative BIM and digital project delivery strategies across complex construction projects. This role combines technical leadership with the rollout of BIM processes, templates, and standards to optimize outcomes and collaboration.

You will oversee development and management of BIM workflows, train teams in Revit and related tools, and ensure QA/QC across multidisciplinary workstreams.

Qualifications

• Approximately 7–12 years of relevant AEC, VDC, BIM, digital-delivery, or reality-capture experience.
• At least 5 years of substantial Revit production experience.
• Demonstrated responsibility for standards, project setup, model reviews, or BIM coordination.
• At least 2 years of training, mentoring, or technical leadership.
• Experience on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with scan-derived or existing-condition modeling.
• Portfolio showing actual deliverables, coordination, standards, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM standards, templates, libraries, and project startup procedures.
• Oversee the integration of BIM tools and digital workflows across projects.
• Drive BIM execution plans and project delivery requirements.
• Mentor and train Revit/BIM users across teams.
• Estimate BIM scope, labor, schedule, and technical risk.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage model coordination, QA/QC.
• Integrate georeferenced CAD/point-cloud data into Revit workflows.
• Support complex commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
