Job summary

HDR is seeking a Digital Delivery Specialist in Austin, TX. You will manage the digital model environment, deliverables, and the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) while coordinating multi-discipline teams through the project lifecycle. The position requires a technical degree and at least 5 years in digital design with BIM and 3 years in digital delivery, plus advanced 3D design software skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in digital design.
• 5+ years in digital design (BIM) and 3+ years in digital delivery (model management).
• Strong knowledge of building systems and coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the digital model environment and deliverables for projects.
• Develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project server infrastructure.
• Coordinate disciplines and support production teams through project lifecycle.
• Lead design reviews and 3D coordination meetings with the team.
• Provide technical support and ensure model health and standards.
