Job summary

AtkinsRéalis USA Inc. in Henderson, NV is seeking a CAD Designer (Water Infrastructure) to deliver concept and final designs for complex utilities and water/wastewater systems. You will coordinate CAD/BIM production across disciplines, mentor junior staff, and ensure BIM standards and project phasing are followed.

The role requires a strong background in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit and Plant 3D, with multi-office collaboration and excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or architecture or equivalent discipline.
• Extensive multi-discipline project experience with CAD/BIM tools.
• Experience leading CAD/BIM workflows and teams.
• Strong ability to coordinate with internal/external clients.

Responsibilities

• Design concept and final plans for utilities, drainage, roadways and water/wastewater systems.
• Lead CAD/BIM production workflows and coordinate across offices.
• Mentor and train junior designers and engineers.
• Prepare exhibits, specifications, cost estimates and permits as needed.
• Ensure BIM standards and project phasing are followed.
