Job summary

HNTB seeks a lead BIM and design technology resource in New York, NY to guide project teams on BIM objectives, workflows, and model coordination using Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Forma.

You will manage BIM quality, support implementation, develop BIM Execution Plans, lead meetings, and act as liaison with clients while mentoring staff and promoting best practices across large teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field with 8 years BIM/Technology Management experience.
• In lieu of degree, 12 years architectural design, computational design, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM quality and execution at project level.
• Coordinate BIM meetings and mentor staff.
• Set up and administer Autodesk Construction Cloud projects.
• Develop BIM Execution Plan documents and templates.
• Liaise with client on BIM and technology aspects.
• Promote best practices for large teams and modeling workflows.
