Job summary

HDR is seeking a Digital Design Specialist to contribute to BIM discipline modeling and digital delivery on architectural projects in Charleston, WV. You will create and maintain discipline models, produce detailed drawings, and coordinate with architects and engineers to meet project scope and schedule.

The ideal candidate has a technical degree or 3+ years in the field, proficiency with 3D design software, and strong communication and organizational skills. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or 3 years related industry experience.
• Proficient with 3D design software and document management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with 3D Coordination tools.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Model discipline elements per BIM requirements.
• Create and maintain discipline model and outputs.
• Coordinate design with architects/engineers.
• Produce drawings, layouts, and diagrams.
• Maintain project information and sheets.
• Monitor and improve model health.
• Assist with Digital Delivery requirements.
